Through online cooking classes, cookbooks, seasonal recipes, culinary workshops, kitchen-table conversations, and farm-to-table experiences, Gourmet Mama Star invites people to rediscover the joy of preparing and sharing food.
Our approach is welcoming rather than intimidating. You don't need to be a professional cook or own a perfect kitchen. You simply need curiosity, an appetite, and a willingness to create.
As part of the Mama Star’s Healing Circle Digital Campus, Gourmet Mama Star also explores the connections between food, the seasons, herbs, gardens, sustainability, creativity, and community. Future experiences will extend from the Digital Campus into the gardens and kitchens of Dragon Heart Healing Farms.
And because Mama Star believes there should always be a little magic in the kitchen, you may occasionally find dragons, stardust, enchanted recipes, and a healthy dose of playfulness mixed in.
